Founded in 2014 by Valentin Adlešič, CUP UP d.o.o. manufactures high-quality hygiene paper products for the professional and wholesale markets. 

Under Valentin Adlešič’s leadership, the company has rapidly grown to be one of the leading manufacturers of hygiene paper products in the Republic of Croatia. Today, we export to Central Europe, Southeast Europe and Western Europe and proudly employ 82 people.

Sustainability | Investing in a greener future in a changing world

We attach great importance to technology improvements, paper product development, and sustainability.

We aim to run a modern, energy-efficient and productive business, which helps maintain and increase competitiveness. The investment includes a new hall with two state-of-the-art automated production lines with a total value of €10 million, which increases our capacity significantly to fulfil our customers’ requirements and adapt to market needs. 

Our investment also helps achieve one of our long-term goals to be as energy efficient and green as possible, transitioning to a more sustainable company. Currently, we use 50% on-site renewable energy across the facility. 

Our sustainable ethos also includes adopting a Circular approach to production and consumption.

We send our waste materials to a paper mill to be reprocessed into raw materials, which we repurchase to create more paper products. This process reduces waste and conserves natural resources.
